PNG includes a grid and legend. JSON can be edited again using Import in Mochila Designer. Only the body contains the picture; the new base and lid are blank. This page does not autosave your chart—download before closing or changing language.
Make your motif easier to crochet
- Start with high contrast and a simple background. Bold lettering and logos remain more recognizable than detailed photos.
- Start with 2–4 colors. Add columns and rows if important details disappear, while considering crochet time and color changes.
- Select a palette color to correct cells. The first color is the dominant converted color and becomes the base color in Designer. Screen colors do not guarantee a match to a specific yarn.
- Review the chart before crocheting. Grid dimensions are not centimeters; use a swatch and the Stitch & Gauge Calculator to determine physical size.
